I've been sculpting and painting for
over 35 years. I'm an avid
outdoorsman, a registered Maine
Guide and an art educator for over 30
years. I reside in Alfred, Maine with my
wife Doreen.
I named my business "Just For Fun"
one of a kind sculpture and I feel it is
representative of how I want people to
view my work. Though the name is
not serious, I'm very serious about
the quality and integrity behind the
work I create. My work is narrative.
Most of the stories are of my
childhood or related to family and
friends and their life experiences. One
of the biggest influences on my work
is Norman Rockwell. Just as Rockwell
makes us reminisce of times gone by,
I hope that when you see my work,
that you will see a little of yourself,
someone you know or an event in
your life. I hope that you enjoy
viewing the work and hopefully you
will be inspired to purchase a piece or
two.
